Then we will contact you for scheduling a free consultation.
- Consultation
About one hour consultation to discuss about your dream wedding flowers.If possible, please bring the following items with you to the consultation.
- Pictures of Bridal bouquet and/or any flowers, images that you like.
- Swatch or pictures of your wedding dress.
- Swatch or pictures of bridesmaids dresses.
- Pictures of your ceremony/reception place.
- Any other information help us to understand your dream wedding.
- Quote
After the consultation, we will get back to you the rough quote in a couple of days. If the quote does not fit with your budget, please feel free to let us know so, then we may be able to offer substitute plan.
- Deposit
If you feel comfortable with our service, and satisfy our quote, please deposit $100 in three days. Over the $100 deposit, we temporary hold the day for your wedding, then start detail design, and create an agreement.We usually send our agreement which includes final quote, detailed list of flowers, and other conditions within one week after the deposit.
- Contract
Please review and sign the agreement, return one copy of agreement with 30% of total price to hold your datein ten days after receiving the agreement.
- Design
Start detail design of your wedding flowers. We may create design sketchs and/or discuss with you. By your request, we are able to change the design/volume/selection of flowers, but no later than one month before the wedding.
- Sample
By your request, we are able to make a sample of bridal bouquet and/or any your wedding flowers. The sample cost separately.
- Finalization
We would have follow-up meeting and finalize the order by one month before your wedding.
- Wedding Day
All of your wedding flowers are delivered and setup enough time ahead of your seremony/reception.We are also available to be onsite as a flower coordinator to make sure that all of your wedding flowers are in the right place and to keep them in the best condition.
